By the way, Verizon AI customer service blows, and they have perfected the unescapable route of phone prompts and dead-ends, resulting in unexpected hang ups, with nary a human being involved in the process. I am throwing a lot of money their way every month, I do not expect to see buffering or dropped frames ever, based on the level of service I pay for.
